Join EWI for our annual fundraiser!
A kick-off parade by the Medical Lake High School Jazz Band, then dinner, a silent and live auction, music and dancing with PF Flyer—
all emceed by KXLY-4’s Mark Peterson!

Our "Mardi Gras in May" will be held on Friday, May 7, 2010 at the Northern Quest Resort & Casino in the Pavillion Room. Tickets are $45 per person. The event starts at 6:00 p.m. For tickets, please contact Melanie Potter at 789-4341. Attend the event and stay at Northern Quest Resort & Casino on May 7 and get a special rate of $129 for a Classic Guest Room.

We will have both a loud and silent auction that evening and we have developed different themed packages for our loud auction that are fun and varied! We are asking you for your help with this part. Look through the following list of packages and the various items and pick and chose how you can help us put these packages together! E-mail Sue Fleming (sue.fleming@avistacorp.com) the items you are contributing (or fill out a procurement form). We need to receive all items by Tuesday, April 30 so we get these packages built and put the auction catalog together.

1. Sports Package – Game tickets, autographed memorabilia, clothing, etc.

2. Pamper Yourself Day –Spa/Mall/Restaurant Gift Certificates,Teeth Whitening, salon services, etc.

3. Backyard Party – BBQ, drinks, food, etc.

4. Wine Tour – Limo rental, Hotel rooms, Dinner Gift Certificats, Wine, etc.

5. Garderner’s Package – Nursery Gift Certificate, lawn mower, plants, gardening tools

6. Night on the Town Event – tickets, limo service, hotel stays, dinner certificates

7. Reader’s Delight – Book certificates, quilt (or snuggie), snacks, tea, etc.

8. Playing with Family – Silverwood Tickets, beach towels, toys, Triple Play Raptor Reef

9. Golfer’s Dream –golf course gift certificates, golf accessories

10. ½ wine barrel filled with assorted wine

11. Wheelbarrow filled with assorted beers

OTHER ITEMS AND CASH ALSO ACCEPTED. We will also have silent auction items in addition to the loud auction, so if you would like to donate an item that does not fall under these categories, we’ll take that too. And cash is always accepted.

We are always grateful for your support and willingness to be a part of our Chapter’s growth and impact on our community! Remember, these items may be tax deductable. Please consult your tax advisor for specifics.
